Jana's Store

As I wandered further around the village, I came across a different looking store. There was a strange mundane located in the northwest part of the village. However, this mundane Jana sold a vast array of potions from a land far from the docks of Temuair. 

 

He also happened to have a small library he permitted me to read through. 

 

In one book, I found some scribbled notes in an untidy scrawl. The notes describe a concealment spell, a veil of sorts. The notes from this person talk about a danger, but there was little else, I was lucky to decipher this much as the handwriting was near illegible.

 

I wonder if this veil is similar to what the diary entries from the father of Ailis mentioned? I’d imagine so.

 

I did notice however that Jana was not a local, he was not native to this part. The curious potions he sold reminded me of those brewed and sold in the far off lands of Medenia. I wonder how he ended up here? For now, I don’t have any answer to that as he was very closed off and didn’t remember much.
