Appearance

In the fall of Deoch 164, a small pathway appeared.. Upon the first sighting of this path, a Louresian scout ran swiftly to make his urgent report. In his haste, he dropped a page of his findings. An Aisling whose name I cannot recall now found this and announced the news to a few of us sat near the fountain at Pravat Cave.

 

There was now a path from Piet town that lead to a guarded wall which surrounded a village. Where there was nothing previously, this sort of shimmering entrance announced itself with a rumbling through the skies that was felt all the way from Mileth, Pravat Cave and even as far as Oren Island.

 

I ventured boldly inside after seeking the Guards permission. I found myself in a clean, paved village. Wild chickens roamed. I was one of the first Aislings to set foot into the village. Our sudden appearance must have startled the fowl that roamed freely as they fled as far as possible from the newcomers.

 

After a brief glance, it appeared the place was largely unpopulated. I was very curious, how had this small community survived without many to sustain the area? I'd imagine the livestock and crops growing in the little gardens had kept the folk here fed for quite some time. 

 

Blackstar is an incredibly beautiful village which peaked my curiosity further. The buildings were built of marble, as grand as those of Loures castle and its surrounding lands.
