Dar's Dark Things
From insight 3, you can visit the Mileth Dark Wizard Dar. He will ask for an increasingly odd array of items.
It is best to complete this as you go, as you will require Dar's Trust by the time you reach your 97th insight and need his assistance to complete a quest. As your insight increases, a new item will be asked for.
