Citizenship

Once you hit insight 11 in Legends, you can change your Citizenship.

 

To become or leave your Citizenship head to the Commons for that City.

• Mileth, head to 13,1 at the entrance and speak to Aliran in the building on the left to change your citizenship.

• Rucesion, head to 29,1 and then 22,10. Speak to Eduardo in the first building to change your citizenship.

If you opt to have no citizenship, you will awaken in the Wilderness Camp which is nice. Can see in the quick video below.
