Guild Creation

In Fragments of Temuair, you can create a guild for 10 million gold coins. 

You can do this by entering the guild towers using one of the towers in any town.

At present, you cannot see your online guild members, and their name does not appear above their head.

Once your guild is created, the leader will gain a spell (in the H pane) called Manage Guild.

If a member would like to leave their guild, they can visit any one of the guild towers through a town and speak to the mundane to leave their guild. This is a wait between changing guilds. (Approx 3hrs)

Guilds can have one Captain, and 3 Officers. There does not appear to be a limit to guild members despite what the in game help menu states.

There are several different options, you type them in to complete the desired action.
