As a monk, you will need to visit the Sapphire Stream just outside of Suomi to learn skills/spells.

You will also need to learn dugons from other monks, as well as be a sabonim to others.

Dugons blue, yellow, purple, brown, red and black require you to have taught a number of students.

Most Aislings make their own hubae (make throwaway characters) in order to learn their dugons, and the video below shows easiest and quickest way to do that!
